Matt


Matt After working at a few local Athens haunts, particularly Transmetropolitan, Matt realized he wanted to make food his career.  He joined our super group in late 2006 and really added to what Damien, Randy, Patrick, and Eddie had going on.  Now Matt is head chef at Athens’ only farm-to-table restaurant Farm 255 where he works with his long-time girlfriend Amy.  Matt brings a huge amount of experience to our group.  He’s really in his element when it comes to all things pig.  These days he’s working, cooking, and playing in the Athens band The Jack Burton.
