		<description>It was so exciting to see your show tonight! I am a food freak who recently went vegetarian, because I am angered by the industrial meat industry.  My parents think I&#039;m crazy, because I only eat locally grown meat from small family farms.  I&#039;m a freshman in college, but I find myself buying my own food more often, even going to the farmer&#039;s market when I&#039;m craving meat.  Your show highlights how important it is to utilize these local ingredients and flavors in our cooking.  I strongly encourage you to look into coming to my hometown Richmond, Virginia.  We have many foodies, and after attending the local farmer&#039;s markets I have come to realize how many local food ingredients  are available.</description>

		<description>First of all, I want to say CONGRATULATIONS! I caought your show last night, and absolutely LOVED it.
I am the president of Les Marmitons of New Jersey. We are a men&#039;s cooking club that meets once a month, and under the direction of a professional chef, put together 5-course diners that rival most 4-5 star restaurants. Each course is paired by our very own &quot;sommelier&quot;.

Our club has gained much polpularity over the years, and we have enticed some of the top chefs around. Although we are a New Jersey club, we have had chefs travel from Boston and as far away from California to be guest chefs. Our guest chefs are not paid, this is just a night out for them, and they have said that spending an evening with us is like a pro ball player playing with his buddies on a weekend.
We have been featured on the Food Network, and this coming Monday our guest chef will be Food Network chef Daisy Martinez.
We meet on the second Monday of the month. If you&#039;re ever in New Jersey during this time period, please let me know. I would love for you to join us.
