It was a wonderful evening and we actually finished up around 11:30pm which was a first. The Saturday before this saw us up until nearly 4:00am with the table count at 18. This time around eleven of us shared what proved to be an unusual and delicious set of dishes…

  • Caribbean Fish Stew with Squash, Apricots, Macadamia nuts, and Rose Petals
  • Black-eyed Pea and Acorn Squash Chopped Salad
  • Spicy Rum Shrimp with a Sweet Potato and Apple Gratin
  • Espresso and Ginger Granita
  • Mango Roasted Chicken with a Plantain, Bacon and Onion Mash
  • For dessert there was fresh mango with chili power and lime.
