• Braised Cranberry Bean Soup w/ Roasted Cranberries and Bacon
• Grilled Broccoli Rabe w/ Celery Root Cream, Chestnuts and Candied Lemon
• Lamb Chops w/ Green Olive Honey, Grapefruit and Tarragon-Parsley Salad
• Pan Roasted Monkfish w/ Crisp Kale, Fennel & Preserved Lemon Brunoise and Pear Bearnaise Sauce
• Chocolate Candy Bar w/ Earl Grey Nougat and Dried Currants AND
  Sweet Broiche w/ Melted Camembert Cheese, Strawberry Jam and Crumbled Pretzels
