- Avocado Salad with Kumquats, Shaved Fennel, and Tomato Oil
- Tuna Carpaccio with Pickled Daikon, Lychee, and Szechuan Peppercorns
- Shoestring Squash and Poached Eggs with Parmesan
- Braised Pork with Peach Salsa and Grilled Corn Succotash
- Fresh Figs with a Balsamic Sabayon
