So we went to Charleston. There will be a post soon about all that business. It was a great time. Thought I would share some of the pictures I took. The kitchen was set up outside. In the summer. In Charleston. In a rather large thunderstorm. Matt and I were standing next to ovens and fryers with propane tanks. In a nutshell, the thought of death by lightning propane explosion did cross our minds. Thankfully we made it okay, and along with the rest of the guys, pulled off an amazing dinner.
