Wow! We are super excited to hear the news that The FourCoursemen show has been nominated for the prestigious James Beard Foundation Award in the category of Best Television Special/Documentary for 2011! We owe a huge thanks to our friends at Two River Pictures for producing such a beautiful show, capturing what we do at our dinners, and representing it on television in a way that brings the viewer as close to the experience that they can get without actually being in our dining room. That was no easy task and they did a great job! Thank you guys!
For those of you who are unfamiliar, the James Beard Foundation Awards are the highest honors that can be bestowed upon food and beverage professionals working in America. It has been called “The Oscars of the food world” by Time Magazine. We are so honored be considered for such an award!
The awards ceremony is going to be held on May 6th 2011 and we are in the running with the shows “Emeril Green: Emeril’s Culinary Adventure: Vermont” and “Milk War”. We will keep you posted as we hear more.

In the mean time it’s business as usual. We have a special event dinner coming up this Saturday and we just returned from a food and wine tour of Napa and Sonoma. We are preparing some great blog posts and beautiful pics for you that will highlight the trip, the wonderful people we met, the fun dinners we cooked, and more. Stay tuned!

I happened to catch your show quite by accident last night! As an avid watcher of the Cooking Channel and a NYC native, food, wine and of course, sustainable farming headline my life! I got married in Napa based solely on my love for the same! KUDOS! I appreciate the thought process and the passion!
I am curious what the price of your Sat. night meals are. How much lead time do you require for reservations?
