<li>Black-eyed Pea and Acorn Squash Chopped Salad</li>
<li>Spicy Rum Shrimp with a Sweet Potato and Apple Gratin</li>
<li>Espresso and Ginger Granita</li>
<li>Mango Roasted Chicken with a Plantain, Bacon and Onion Mash</li>
<li>For dessert there was fresh mango with chili power and lime.</li>
</ul>
